The texture is actually smooth, which was a nice surprise. It does get a bit sticky, though, so I guess it’s doing its best to feel fancy while also slightly gluing itself to you.

I had no clue where this place even was. The directions or listing were so unhelpful it felt like someone just slapped it together without thinking. Ridiculous experience.

I wanted to like it, but my shade I just couldn’t find. The range feels limited, and it was a bit frustrating trying to make something work.

I really like how easy it is to find the ingredients on products. It helped me steer clear of the stuff my skin just does not get along with. The site is simple to use, too, so there is no guessing around.

I ordered a couple of lip products and an eyeshadow from Kiko because the shades looked really online. When they arrived, the packaging was fine and delivery was okay, so at that point I assumed the products would be decent too. The lipstick looked nice at first, but after about 20 minutes it started feeling dry and went a bit patchy on me. The eyeshadow shade was cute, but I had to use quite a lot to get any real color payoff. For the price, I expected a little better. It’s not the worst makeup I’ve tried, but based on how it wore, I don’t think I’ll be buying again anytime soon.

I got my order, but box was damaged when it arrived, and one item was missing from inside. I contacted support and they were okay, not amazing but they did respond and tried to help. Overall, not terrible experience, but definitely bit disappointing

I was hoping the new products would feel a little more exciting, but most of the shades looked almost the same to me. I kept swatching them and thinking, wait, didn’t I just look at this one? The only weird detail I remember is that one of the displays had a tiny smudge shaped like a heart on it, which somehow stood out more than the actual colors. I felt a little embarrassed when I first put it on because it looked kind of bulky and not very natural straight out of the package. It definitely needs some layering or trimming to sit better, but once you play around with it a bit, it looks decent enough.

I ordered a few lipsticks the colors looked almost exactly like they did online. I was fully prepared for some weird bait-and-switch situation because you know how product photos can be, but nope, no mysterious shade shift when they showed up.
